Your next opportunity:

Reporting to the Area Manager, we are looking for an experienced Resource Scheduler to join our friendly team in Eagle Farm, Brisbane.

As a Resource Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient resource allocation, scheduling and coordination for daily, weekly, and monthly operations. This role will see you managing various tasks relating to personnel, equipment, and project requirements requiring you to exhibit strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. This will include the coordination of raw materials, subcontractors, equipment and labour for multiple crews. 

Your day will involve:

  • Effectively planning and coordinating of works to ensure time and budgetary objectives are achieved
  • Collaboration with internal team members, locally and regionally, and external customers to ensure effective allocation of resources
  • Review and optimise labour utilisation, plant and equipment maintenance and availability
  • Coordination and management of subcontractors
  • Purchasing, payroll, job costing and other admin duties as required

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in Administration, Scheduling or Coordination (or similar) role
  • Purchasing, payroll and job costing experience will be highly regarded
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with our contractors, clients and our team members
  • Excellent communication and practical project management skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Highly developed computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
