Are you a strong leader who thrives in a multi-site environment? Boral is looking for a Technical Support Lead to manage our IT service desk teams across North Ryde, Milton, and Port Melbourne.
As the Technical Support Lead, you’ll oversee a team of 8 service desk professionals, ensuring smooth IT support across multiple locations.
Your day will involve:
Leading and mentoring the team to boost engagement and performance
Managing service desk operations, including walk-up support, calls, ticketing, and issue resolution
Simplifying processes to improve efficiency and service delivery
Enhancing customer engagement and ensuring fast resolution times
Identifying staff needs, conducting pulse checks, and fostering development
Helping roll out a new program (if onboarded before May!)
