Your next opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Administrator / Weighbridge Operator to join our Quarries team on a permanent basis. The primary focus of this role will be to effectively coordinate and dispatch quarry products from our quarry to the customers. This role is based in Karratha, WA.

Your day will involve:

· Coordinating the dispatch of various quarry products to Boral customers.

· General fielding of inbound phone calls as required;

· Overseeing the compliance of driver inductions and their vehicles in line with relevant legislation;

· Providing administration support to the team through accurate reporting and documentation;

· Developing and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers; and

· Ensure all injuries and incidents are reported, investigated and addressed or escalated as required.

What are we looking for?

· Minimum 1 year of experience in Weighbridge Operations (essential)

· Previous experience in the Quarry industry is highly regarded

· Demonstrated ability to keep up to date with relevant Australian Standards and legislation

· Strong proficiency in administrative functions.

· Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.

· Weighbridge Apex Training and Certificate of Completion in Worksafe Fatigue Management required.
