We currently have a permanent, full-time opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our team in Williamstown on a permanent basis.  

Reporting to the Site Leadership team, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused individual with skills in leading the administration and customer function, whilst also having team leading skill. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to expand their career into the construction/production industry and also gain some skills in operations.

The purpose of the role is to provide site support through administrative duties including, order processing and allocations, purchasing when required as well as other site based requirements.

Your Day will involve:

• Working amongst a team of 3 Admin officers on site 
• Raising purchase orders, work orders, compiling spreadsheets and reports
• Purchasing, invoicing and maintenance of all purchasing records including invoicing, order tracking and preparing & processing of dockets
• Ticketing of incoming and outgoing trucks – on a as needed basis.
• Providing Admin support for Regional Manager and General Manager when necessary
• Engaging with stakeholders and customers to provide efficient and friendly service
• Engaging with Site based leaders to ensure orders are communicated

• Tech savvy individual with experience in Administration duties and great attention to detail
• A customer centric individual with great customer service and stakeholder management skills
• A seasoned professional with the ability to lead the administrative function on site
• Advanced computer skills along with well-developed organisational skills 
• Ability to manage competing priorities and at times high volume of orders
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and train new team members as required
