We are actively seeking a motivated Logistics Support Officer to provide high quality and timely administrative services to the Boral Asphalt Logistics Team.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at Seven Hills reporting to the Logistics and Allocations Manager. This role will primarily be responsible for processing and reporting heavy vehicle contractor, vehicle and driver data. As an integral team member of the division, this role supports Boral’s regulation and compliance in accordance with the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
Your day will involve:
Contractor, driver and vehicle set up and reporting
Processing and documenting licences, insurances, contracts, induction records, etc
Processing and coordinating fines (speeding, etc.)
Coordinating medicals and telematics events
Active participation in continuous improvement of processes and systems
Active communication with key stakeholders
What we are looking for:
Strong administration experience, ideally within Supply Chain / Logistics / Transport
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A self-starter attitude and ability to work without direct supervision
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
High level attention to detail
