Due to continued growth, Boral is seeking a skilled and driven Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in Seven Hills. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the production of asphalt and manage the site, ensuring that we meet demand efficiently and safely. Our asphalt facilities operate day and night shifts to support a diverse range of projects—from government infrastructure and defense to airports, seaports, and property developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production meetings with contracting, sales, and operations teams
• Conduct daily safety toolbox talks and ensure prestart checks are completed
• Achieve daily production targets and maintain accurate documentation
• Manage raw material orders to meet operational needs
• Plan and coordinate maintenance days and shutdowns
• Oversee completion of scheduled maintenance tasks
• Develop staff rosters aligned with production demands
• Ensure team training aligns with the site’s training matrix

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in fixed plant manufacturing, production, and operations
• Supervisory experience in asphalt or a similar industry 
• Engineering background or trade qualifications (highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of HSEQ standards and compliance
• Effective communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
• Familiarity with packaging processes
• Front-end loader and/or forklift licence (desirable)
• Confined space and working at heights certification (desirable)
