We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team, based at our North Ryde head office. This permanent opportunity is to support our business with attracting and hiring the best talent in the market. Report to the Head of People Services, you will work as part of a dedicated internal team who are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to our internal stakeholders as well as for prospective candidates who are interested in building a great career with Boral. 

Your day will involve:

• Partnering with Hiring Managers, Senior Leadership and People & Culture to develop, implement and evaluate recruitment initiatives and sourcing strategies for current and pipelined positions across multiple business units and locations
• Facilitating end to end Talent Acquisition functions including; job briefs, sourcing, advertising, screening, booking interviews, managing employment checks, negotiating offers and employee on-boarding
• Actively maintaining our applicant tracking system (PageUp) to ensure data integrity
• Optimising processes and systems to deliver efficiency gains and promote continuous improvement across the function
• Monthly reporting and analytics to generate hiring insights
• Partnering with recruitment agencies where required
• Participating in bespoke campaigns and relevant sourcing strategies to deliver on business needs.

What are we looking for?

• End to end recruitment experience with a proven track record in delivering successful and sustainable outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Sound knowledge and application of proactive and direct sourcing tools such as Linkedin Recruiter and Seek Talent Search
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A proactive and collaborative approach with a customer focus mindset and genuine desire to provide a first-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
