Boral is Australia’s leading quarry operator, with 76 quarries, sand pits and gravel operations, supplying about 30 million tonnes of product annually. Our raw materials of stone, gravel and sand are used to build our homes, workplaces, public buildings, roads, and key infrastructure projects.

Peppertree, NSW

A hard rock aggregates quarry with significant granodiorite deposits near the NSW Southern Tablelands town of Marulan. At peak production, Peppertree can produce up to 3.5 tonnes of aggregates per year.

Lysterfield, VIC

A hard rock quarry site made up entirely of Hornfels (a metamorphic rock formed by the intrusion of granite into overlaying sediments). It is situated in Melbourne’s outer eastern suburbs near the foot of Mount Dandenong.

A greenstone quarry situated in Whiteside, approximately 30kms northwest of Brisbane. Petrie is a 134 hectare freehold property, with only around 35 hectares being utilised for our quarry pit and infrastructure development.

A dolomitic siltstone and limestone hard rock quarry that has been providing aggregates for almost 130 years. The Boral Linwood Quarry is located between Marino and Hallett Cove in Adelaide's southern suburbs.
